Orphans of Alexander Mason, Pilot of Port Jackson, and Hannah Simpson

This document sets out the circumstances that brought the children of Alexander Mason, Pilot of Port Jackson, and his wife Hannah Simpson, into the Male Orphan School of New South Wales between 1824 and 1826, and the later removal of the youngest of them, James Mason, into the care of his sister in 1833.
